LeadCertPros text messages
Lead Certification Professionals ("LeadCertPros") sends text messages to customers who opt in when they book a service or request a quote. Messages are about your service only: appointment confirmations and reminders, job status updates (for example, when samples reach the lab and when results are ready), payment receipts, and reminders before your lead-safe certificate expires.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the box to receive text messages when you book or request a quote on leadcertpros.com, or by asking us directly to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service, typically a few messages per job and occasional renewal reminders. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (267) 521-2117 or [email protected].
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
