Common questions

Do you discount multiple units?

Yes. Testing 2–5 units in one visit takes 20% off every unit, and the instant quote shows it. Buildings and portfolios of 6+ units get a custom quote.

Can you test a whole building in one day?

Usually, yes. Tell us the unit count and mix and we’ll plan the visit, including access through your super or maintenance team.

Do I get one certificate per unit?

Yes. Each unit gets its own certificate and lab results, so you can file each one with the City.

Can I get one invoice?

Yes. One visit, one invoice for the whole job.

Ready when your lease is
