Lead Certification Professionals ("LeadCertPros," "we," "us") provides lead dust testing and lead-safe certification services in the Philadelphia area. This policy explains what information we collect through leadcertpros.com, by phone, by email and by text message, and how we use it.

• Property details: the address of the property to be tested, the number of units and bedrooms, access instructions, and scheduling preferences.
• Job records: sampling records, laboratory results, certificates and invoices for the work we perform.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Website usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies.

How we use your information

• To prepare quotes, schedule appointments and perform lead dust testing.
• To send samples to an accredited laboratory and deliver your results, certificate and lab report.

We keep job records, results and certificates for as long as needed to provide our services, remind you about renewals, and meet legal and certification record-keeping requirements.
